You retain ownership of your Content. However, by submitting Content through the Service, you grant Rapid Wombat a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for any Content you provide and represent that:

• you own or have rights to use the Content

• the Content does not violate laws or third-party rights

• the Content does not contain malware, harmful code, or unlawful material

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to Content at our discretion.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Certain features of the Service may utilize artificial intelligence or automated systems.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or errors

• outputs should be independently reviewed before use

• Rapid Wombat does not guarantee accuracy, legality, originality, or fitness for a particular purpose

Users are solely responsible for how they use generated outputs and automated recommendations.

RapidWombat Subscriptions, PRO, Fee Changes, Free Trial, Refunds Terms and Conditions

Subscriptions & Processing Fees

OLKY PTY LTD, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. OLKY PTY LTD will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

In addition to our Subscription fees, your payments may be subject to processing fees, foreign transaction fees, or currency conversion charges levied by third-party payment processors, banks, or credit card issuers. OLKY PTY LTD does not control these third-party fees, and they may change independently of our Subscription fees.

Your continued use of the Service after any Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount. Our fee guide is located here: pricing. If you do not agree to a fee change, you must cancel your account in order to avoid future charges. If you use the Services after a fee increase, you will be deemed to have accepted the fee change. OLKY PTY LTD shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, fee change, third-party processing fee, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Free Trial

OLKY PTY LTD may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time ("Free Trial").

You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial. If you do enter your billing information when signing up for the Free Trial, you will not be charged by OLKY PTY LTD until the Free Trial has expired. On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless you cancelled your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription you have selected.

Refunds

Nothing in these Terms transfers intellectual property rights to you.
